For over 10 years, we have been a cornerstone of the Australian tech community, championing gender diversity and building a more inclusive industry.

While we advocate for all forms of diversity, our primary focus is on gender equity. Why? The gap in the digital and tech industry is undeniable, and we are committed to closing it. Research shows that by increasing gender diversity in tech, we can:

Increase market value: Companies with more women in leadership see a 6.6% rise in market value.
Boost economic growth: Gender diversity in tech could add $1.8 billion annually to Australia’s economy over the next 20 years.
Transform the global economy: Closing the gender gap could contribute $12 trillion to the global GDP.
