Participating in the Salesforce x Women in Digital Academy was a transformative experience. The program not only introduced me to the power and versatility of the Salesforce platform but also helped me develop technical skills that fall outside the scope of my usual day-to-day responsibilities. Through in person training and a supportive community, I gained the capability and confidence to pursue this new opportunity within the tech industry. I’m proud to be part of a program that champions diversity, empowers women, and builds pathways to meaningful careers in technology while encouraging us to step outside our comfort zones.

Our Allyship Training program is designed to move beyond awareness into action, equipping teams and leaders with the skills, language and confidence to actively support equity in the workplace.

Delivered to large corporate teams and senior management, they focus on building shared understanding, challenging unconscious bias, and empowering individuals at every level.
